Quality Geophysics has been in the forefront in applying digital geophysical mapping (DGM) techniques to the identification of unexploded ordnance (UXO). Following strict protocols established by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Quality Geophysics has applied magnetic and electromagnetic methods to identify the location of subsurface anomalies. Using state of the art software, Quality Geophysics has been able to discriminate between ordnance fragments and unexploded ordnance at numerous sites. Quality Geophysics has applied surface, marine and airborne methods to UXO investigations.
